About me

I’m a PhD research student at the University of Roehampton, living and working in Brighton.

My research explores sex workers’ experiences of domestic and familial abuse.

I am co-convener of the British Sociological Association’s Violence Against Women and Girls Study Group and a board member for the Sex Work Research Hub.

I used to be a sex worker. I used to work for a sex worker outreach project. Now I’m a student, and an activist with SWARM and ECP.

In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my cat, reading fiction, beachcombing and rummaging around at flea markets.
